To attend a keynote address, webinar or meeting that you are interested in…

1. Make sure you are registered as either an attendee or exhibitor – To register, click the Registration link at the top right corner of our website.
2. Login to XpoCentral.
3. Search for the event you are interested in.
4. Click the link to Attend.  You will receive an email with the event details and instructions to join.
5. If you are already registered for the event and logged into XpoCentral, you can click the link next to the event to Join Now or follow the instructions in the email you received upon registering.

To contact and Exhibitor…

1. Make sure you are registered as either an attendee or exhibitor – To register, click the Registration link at the top right corner of our website.
2. Login to XpoCentral.
3. Find the Exhibitor you are interested in.
4. Click on the link from their company name or to Learn More.
5. Select “Schedule an Appointment”
6. Choose either to have the exhibitor call or text you directly, schedule an introductory phone call, an in-office appointment or video conference.

Once you login to XpoCentral you will see a link to your profile page in the upper right corner.  On your profile page you can…

• Edit your contact and user information.
• Reset your password.
• View the Events Calendar to search for public events you may be interested in attending.
• View the list of Meetings or Webinars you have signed up to attend.
• From the list you can attend an event by launching the Topic/URL.
• Click on the XpoCentral link in the upper left corner of the page to return to the main site.

XpoCentral  is a one of a kind virtual trade show host.  It’s a platform we’ve created for trade show attendees to get answers to questions, easily stay current on the latest trends, meet experts in a field of interest and talk to others with the same or similar concerns.

As an attendee, you can visit the Exhibit Hall to chat with vendors, to see if they have the right solutions for your needs. You can learn about the products and services these professionals specialize in.   You can also attend or watch a Keynote address they have sponsored.  If you want to know more, you can even speak directly with our exhibitors, schedule an in-person or on-line meeting or video conference.

At our Community Forum you can interact with your peers and others, to get ideas about the best solutions for you situation. Participate in a live Webinar to learn something new or to be inspired. You can also register for product/service demonstrations or a specific training to improve your skills.

Our goal is to make it easy for you to get the answers you are looking for. We want to help you stay current on the latest trends, to be inspired and to make lasting connections …Just like going to a trade show…but without all the travel time and expense.

An XpoCentral Webinar is like a keynote address you might attend at a live trade show.  They are most often sponsored by one of our exhibitors and are open to a large audience.  At these events you may see one or several panelists.  The audience can ask questions and communicate with the panelists through the Q&A tool.

An XpoCentral Meeting, on the other hand, is limited to 50 attendees.  All attendees can share their video, screens, presentations, etc.  These are more like specialized presentations that are available at a live trade show.
